joe i appreciate the time as always um let's start with uh just general NFL because to me

most of the the hires have been made what higher stood out to you most

in a good way and which hire are you questioning the most i'll be honest and i'm trying to keep

the same um train of thought throughout this entire process that from the outside we really don't know

and a lot of people take that same stance for the draft.

I feel like this is even a bigger crap shoot because of the qualities that it takes to

become a good head coach are often not on display as a coordinator or position coach.

So, you know, when these guys going to interviews is really when you get the chance to see

and we don't see that, you know, when you get to see if they're going to be the guy to lead

your franchise. So when a team like the Cardinals hires Cliff Kingsbury, it's shocking, and a lot

of people will talk about it. But at the end of the day, I go, well, okay, maybe he is the guy, you know, maybe personality-wise, maybe he's super organized,
