and he's probably going to come up in this podcast is Joshua Garnett.

He's down to about 300 pounds and he put a post up there showing himself standing on a scale and

we heard from Kyle Shanahan earlier this week talking about how he's

pleased with the work Josh what Garnett has done to put himself into position to be

slimmer, more athletic and a better fit into this offense so excited to see

how that turns out and see if if Joshua Garnett can fulfill the promise of that first

round draft slot that he had

uh... and he was drafted for a different scheme and a

different regime so it's going to be fun to see how he fits in here and love that

he's put in the work that he's committed to the 49ers and hopefully he is that

stud guard that the 49ers are going to need now to
