So real quick before we bring mad on the show, I want to talk about the Chris Ballard and Josh McDaniels thing,

Chris Ballard GM for the Colts and he had a press conference talking about the whole situation and

interesting guy and really I think said all the right things to sort of relieve some of

the pain and anguish from cults fans that were unsure of the situation what was going on

sounds like the Indianapolis colts got a pretty smart guy and like a lot of things he said

obviously he has to carry it out still and find a head coach for his football team.

But his presser ended in a very interesting way so I want to play some of that for you right now.
