a wide receiver that the 49ers are rumored to be interested in in the draft.

Let's touch on the Marcus Peters rumors first.

This is a tweet from Jason Lachunfora.

He says, quote, continue to hear chatter that Marcus Peters may not be long for

Casey. Figured that intensifies next week at the combine. So that's talking about

Marcus Peters who is a Pro Bowl cornerback and potentially being on the move, maybe being dangled in trade by the

Kansas City Chiefs.

And if you remember the draft in 2015, that was when the 49ers selected Eric Armstead in the first round of the draft.

And Marcus Peters is one of those players that Talentwise should have gone ahead of Eric Armstead.

He ended up going actually one pick, I believe, after Armstead to the Chiefs the 49ers traded down from 15 to 17 and took

Armstead but Peters had some red flags some character stuff he got kicked off the team at the University of
