What bugs out of me is someone will drunk drive, kill someone, and get two years in prison. They only get two years. For a manslaughter. You know, two years. And what was your crime exactly? What did they get you? For money laundering and wire fraud. I got three years. For $450,000. $500,000, yeah. But mine was, like, I went to trial, and I maintained it was an accident. I made stupid decisions. I was ignorant, but I didn't have any ill intent.

And look at all the greats, like Rogan, Theo Vaughn, all of them, like the big ones that are crushing on YouTube, they don't have introses. They just go. Chris Williamson, I love where his starts. It just starts. I mean, like, then you look at Stephen Diary of a CEO, he has the fancy intro, and I actually paid his editor to do an intro for me. It was like $1,500 for the full episode at it. It was the same. I mean, that retention rate was a little higher, but it's also hard to judge because it was the Hells Angels. It's a solid podcast. Yeah. But then, you know, I don't know.

I just think that I'm just sticking to the basics. I mean, and thumbnails, I don't know if you see my thumb nails recently. Yeah, I see you switching in. Yeah. You know who's doing those thumbnails? You? Chat GPT. You just put in a screenshot. I have a whole prompt now that I learned through Claude. So about three, four months ago, if you asked chat GPT to make you a thumbnail with someone's image.

It was the same one. Everyone has it. whole prompt now that I learned through Claude. So about three, four months ago, if you asked Chat GPT to make you a thumbnail with someone's

image, everyone has it.

1:15.0

Yeah, or that or it would change it every time.

1:17.3

It wouldn't follow a pattern or it wouldn't use someone's actual face.

1:22.5

It would alter it.

1:23.6

Now it does all of that.

1:25.5

So what I do is Claude writes my script for me and I send it to chat because Claude won't

1:30.6

make a thumbnail, but it'll do the design.

1:33.1

And I send it to chat and chat makes it.

1:35.3

And now I just eliminated the thumbnail team.

1:37.9

And these are good thumbnails.

1:38.9

I had a call with this guy that social media money recommended me to for thumbnails. And he just like, dude, your thumbnails look good. They're working. My click-through rates higher than ever. It's at like 7%. And he's like, I don't really want to take your money to do it, you know. But I just, I don't know, it's working and it looks good. I think it just needs to be individually packaged like that, you know?

2:02.0

Is this all good to keep?
