A quick note before we get started, this episode was recorded over the last two weeks, so some of the information might be a little out of date.

Our season doesn't start for another couple of months, but given the current global situation with

COVID-19 and that almost everybody in the world has had their life significantly changed over the

past couple of weeks, we wanted to make something to reflect this moment in time and

hopefully put something on your feeds that lightens everything for you.

So today on Kearning Cultures, we have a special quarantine episode.

Some stories of what it's been like staying at home, historical lockdowns,

and for everybody's sanity, a few things that have nothing to do with Corona.

The street's lost culture.

Like most of this planet, the whole Kernan cultures team is self-isolating in our homes.

And as many of you know, we're a remote team anyway, actually. The 12 of us were in six countries. So as a sonic experiment, we thought it'd be fun to capture that, to record

a few minutes of what quarantining sounds like. So here are our diaries of what this time was like.
