What's going to happen? We're going to whoop this. Welcome into the GoValls 24-7 podcast. I am Patrick Brown filling in as a guest host if you will for

this special edition episode. Ben McKee and West Recer are in Omaha as Tennessee continues to strive toward a national championship in baseball.

The Vols beat Florida State on Wednesday to advance to the final championship series. We'll see who they play, but I'm here with Ryan Callahan. We are discussing a commitment for Tennessee's 2025 recruiting class of all as have picked up another prospect, another piece of the puzzle in

top two four seven offensive linemen Nick Moore.

He's a local product coming from Jefferson County High School

just down the road a little bit from Knoxville,

maybe a county over so, but this is a player that Tennessee has been recruiting for a little while now, offered somewhat recently, but even more recently had him on campus for an official visit, and he is now part of the 2025 recruiting class.

And Ryan is here with me to tell you all about this edition and what it means for Tennessee.

We'll get into some of the bigger picture stuff in the second

segment but first Ryan, what kind of players Tennessee getting with Nick Moore and and how did we get to

this point where he is now committing and becoming a ball?

Yeah, I think a really nice pick up here for Tennessee and as it turns out a pretty nice recruiting

win for the balls, I guess while you were away on vacation last week, Patrick, this kind of got a little hairy for Tennessee. They were, Nick Moore was all set to announce the decision on Wednesday of last week and as we looked into it that afternoon it became

apparent that West Virginia was going to be the choice and so Tennessee obviously you know reached out and did its best I think to

convince him to hold off on that decision and and finally succeeded in convincing him to not announce a decision that night.

And he announced it about a half hour before his scheduled commitment time.

So that was an interesting day for sure, where it looked like he was slipping away from Tennessee and

so they get him to hold off he ends up moving up his official visit to Tennessee

from what would have been this coming weekend that weekend of June 21st to

this past weekend takes that official visit and that visit kind of swings things

back in Tennessee's direction and you kind of had a feeling once he held off on announcing
