Before we get started in earnest here with David Samson,

I will again, as this is becoming more and more common.

I don't know how many of you get the pit in your stomach

where you wake up and overnight,

oh, there's been another shooting, another terrible sadness.

This one in Orlando, you wake up in the morning.

And it's journalist covering a shooting who are shot.

And so this story will get more attention than most

because it happened that way.

But I don't even know, David, to say thoughts and prayers

and to say your piece of your heart goes out to Orlando,

like when it's a daily thing,

the words don't end up meaning anything.

You can keep saying it, but the words are totally empty.

We've tried to help by getting more people to vote

and getting more people to understand what the second amendment means.

We've spent time in nothing personal doing whole shows

on the second amendment.

And the problem I have is what happened yesterday.
