because I don't want to bring yet more attention

to something that not everyone has seen

that embarrasses me,

but I want to offer the audience an apology

at the top of the show today

because of something that happened on Mystery Crate recently.

Do not like that in the continuing giving of microphones

to everybody around here because we try to do that,

try to share the space.

Some things get said that get to me late

and I'm embarrassed by us telling our customers

to shut up about their complaints when I value their complaints

and their passion is what funds us.

So it will not happen again.

I will make sure it doesn't happen again.

Everyone here will be told not to tell the customers

to shut up about their complaints when their complaints have been earned.
