Do you guys ever note, like, since we all podcast from home, that like your computer screen

is very often covered in spit? Oh, yeah. You're talking right into your computer. And

I feel really gross about that. I haven't actually thought that it's spit, because sometimes

I'll notice my screen is dirty and I'm like, oh, I'm cleaning it, but I never thought,

oh, it's my spit. Oh, it's definitely spit. So when he put me in this studio today, and

it feels like a road game, I got to tell you, this is the chair. I don't know, Dan. It's

very low to the ground. He has a very specific work flow. That chair. We could do a whole

chapter of the book on why his chair is so weird. I hated here. It's like leading. Do you

want to switch? Do you want to switch spots? I'll sit there. No, I think I'm going to switch

chairs though. Like awkwardly. You're like sitting back, leaning back. You don't even

like want to touch the desk like your hands are covered. Oh, you know why?

It's very crusty. Yeah. It's not enough lumbar support here. And I didn't bring my KT tape.

And the KT tape has been a life saver for me. As it really, dude, whenever. So there

are things, different like tri-things that are meant to be healthy for you, but you realize

they have absolutely no effect on you. KT tape is one of them. But like, I just put KT tape

on my legs to play soccer one time. And I felt nothing. Really? Yeah. I certainly feel
