Welcome to another episode of Lockdown Chiefs. It is the Mailbag Edition addition which means it is me

Seth Kaiser of the athletic flying solo hey you have a lot of questions I have

probably no answers but I can at least fake it for the next half hour so let's just

roll right into it as always I appreciate your guys questions let's do this

Blake Turley asks where he says I've seen a reporter to on Trey Wains, possibly being on the trade block.

Is he a potential fit for Spegs defense, assuming it looks anything like it did in previous years?

Um, Blake, I haven't looked at, uh, uh,

uh, wanes extensively. One thing that I've heard is that he's a better man

corner than a zone cover corner and my understanding is I think based on what I've

seen in Spagg's defense and based on what I've heard I think we're going to see

more zone looks than what we're used to seeing now.

Trey Wayne's is also a talented corner and I'm not sure the Chiefs have enough of those on

the roster.

So the price is right I say say go for it. You can never have

too many corners. And again, depending on the price, I wouldn't mind them going for it.

Personally, I'd like to see them be really aggressive and try to get themselves a number one lockdown guy.

I still think Kendall Fuller can be that guy, but you know, we'll see how he looks away from Bob Sutton,

see if he gets back to being the lockdown corner like he was last year in Washington.

Andy Simpson asks, why not sign Boston?
