Happy Friday.

Feeling very happy to have had some sunny days this week.

I swear to you, the sun is the most healing thing

in the world, no matter how I'm feeling. If I feel like I have a little cold, if I'm feeling down,

it's just the sun, the sun. I need it so badly. I'm learning firsthand that seasonal depression

is in fact very real. It's a real thing. And listen,

I don't want to shit talk the weather. Okay. I loved fall. I was living for fall here. It was the

best time of my life. Best fall I've ever had. The winter. Don't mind it. Love to the snow.

I can pretty much handle all of the temperature changes, all of that. Love it.

Didn't love the freeze.

Didn't love the ice storm.

And most certainly didn't love just the gloomy days that we've been having lately.
