Diane previously managed the Chicago bureau for PBS Nightly Business Report and was a correspondent for Al Jazeera Media Network. She is 2021 Columbia University Age Boom Academy fellow and a 2020 Journalist in Aging fellow from the Gerontological Society of America.

What is one of the things that really prompted the company or McNights to start the home care brand?

Yes, so McNight's home care started about two years ago.

And as we know, there was something called a pandemic that was raging.

And the forces at the time just seemed right to launch a home care brand

with the rampant infections happening in long-term care facilities
