She is my first official guest, so this is awesome, because I've been trying to get Matt on here forever, and he's so busy, and Liz is more relatable to Paleo World anyway, so that's why she's on here.

And she is awesome, and is the number one motivating factor besides myself for this website.

So I'm so glad to do it.

Our topic today was supposed to be getting through the holidays with the paleo lifestyle in mind.

Yep.

It's already pretty hard.

That's just because my family's not used to me being different.

Yeah.

I mean, I'm going into my third Christmas being paleo, and my family's just starting to really

adjust well.

So, like, my dad's like, do you want green beans instead of whatever, you know, like corn or peas?

And do you want me to make you like a sweet potato?

But definitely, I think being new into this, there are a lot of people that are still having some troubles adjusting.
