0:24.0	I think that sound says it all. Today I am joined by you, dear listener, and I'm also joined by my guest co-host today, Amy Albert. Hello, my friends. Hello, friends.
0:43.0	And I am so excited. I have been wanting this person on the show for years. She's an author and illustrator and just a very funny human being, Liz Climo.
0:54.0	Oh, thank you so much for having me. Wow, for years. Nobody's wanted me to do anything for years. I'm so touched.
1:03.0	Oh, well, feel it. So I have three kids. They're all boys. I have a six-year-old and nine-year-old and an 11-year-old and an 11-year-old. I feel like every time I try to say that, I stumble over it. Amy, what you got?
1:19.0	I have two. I got a six and three-quarters-year-old gal. She's telling everyone the three-quarters. Actually, it's my mom is giving me my mom's visiting. And she's like, I think you six and three-quarters. And then she hasn't shut up about it.
1:35.0	And then I have a four-year-old little man.
1:41.0	Awesome. And Liz, what's she got going over there?
1:44.0	Well, I have an eight-and-a-half-year-old daughter. And I know this doesn't technically count, but we did just adopt a puppy that we're picking up on Saturdays.
1:53.0	That'll be our baby. It's a blue puppy.
1:57.0	Oh, and I have a six-year-old dog as well. So this 16-year-old dog, she's going to love. She's going to absolutely hate the puppy, but we'll try.
2:04.0	Anyway.
2:07.0	Our dog Dave passed away recently. And right before I was, I was like, should we get this is and I felt bad saying this, but I'm like, should we get another dog?
2:18.0	Like as a gateway dog?
2:21.0	Yeah, like before or after like as a way of like,
2:27.0	like before.
2:29.0	Should we like just have a lot for the blow?
2:34.0	I think a lot of people do that.
2:37.0	I think so. And I will say that that did cross my mind.
2:40.0	A lot of it was that my husband, myself and our older dog were all middle to older aged. And my daughter is the only youthful energy in the house.
2:49.0	Maybe another bean that doesn't just like, you know, lay around a nap all the time.
2:56.0	Match that eight and a half-year-old's energy. So that's the whole thing I would go.
