Yeah, I think for me, born anxious, very anxious as a child, and something that was a huge turning point for me was when I started reading the bug of a Gita and understanding

that I wasn't my mind and I wasn't my body. I think the really difficult thing with anxiety is

it gets tangled up with our identity and we think it's me, what's wrong with me or we think

we're broken when really our body and mind are dealing with what they're dealing with and maybe feeling stressed, overwhelmed, intensely anxious, but it's still not us, it's not our identity.

And that was a big turning point for me, that understanding.

And that your worth as a human being is not determined by the anxious moments that you experience.

Because we all experience anxiety on occasion. And it's a spectrum, of course, of how much you're dealing with,

how much you're experiencing. But there's always so much more to you and your worth than any
