| 1:00.8 | first discover the RV life and how might that be different now? Oh, gosh, I've known it all my |
| 1:06.8 | life. First, through my grandparents had a truck and a camper. So traveled in that extensively |
| 1:15.3 | as a kid and did a lot of driving back and forth, cars, campers, you name it. And then another |
| 1:23.7 | family member had an RV, and I knew that I was going to have one someday. So that came to life. As an adult, it happened in response to a wildfire being evacuated. And that was such an unsettling feeling that we ended, I was sleeping, I was in radio at the time. |
| 1:46.4 | So we ended up sleeping in the radio station because we were evacuated from our home and I was covering the fires. |
| 1:52.8 | And having to go to friends' houses for showers and stuff like that. |
| 1:56.5 | And it was just like, no, we don't ever want to be in this situation again. |
| 1:59.8 | So we bought an RV. |
| 2:02.7 | It was a pop-up camper at the time, actually, and then graduated to a Class C later on. |
