Living Stones. So this is Living Stones Part 2, and he emphasizes the life of Jesus as Chief Cornerstone

and that he was rejected by men. And now, as we are becoming living stones of his house, we can find our story, our narrative in his life.

Last week I preached on the altar that the Lord is building.

And Moses was given specific instructions out of Exodus chapter 20. And he was told not to

use cut stone in the altars that the Israelites would build. And a cut stone is a brick that God wasn't

looking for man-made bricks to build an altar. He wanted natural stone. And God has been building an

altar in our midst now for 15 years. Amen. And it is

from living stones. It is from people collectively saying yes to Jesus and him fitting them in to this

altar that has become a house of prayer that has become uproom Dallas. And I've been really returning back to some of the basics.

Here we are at 15 years looking towards the future. And when I think of the basics, I think of

my friend Michael Culeanos. Michael Culeanos is one of the best golfers I've ever been around.

He's a plus like four or five, which in the golf world means he's awesome.

When you watch him play golf, it is not a sport, it is an art. What he can do with a golf ball is

really, really impressive. He played at the University of Florida when they were, I think,

number one in the nation. He was becoming a pro golfer when God called him in the ministry.

And so I talked to him a lot about golf because I'm a wannabe Michael Culeanos golfer, all right?

Like, not quite there. And so one of the things that he always talks about when it comes to the

golf swing, because it's a very complicated swing. And he said this throughout his career. He won, I think, 30 plus tournaments as a junior.
