0:48.3	my channel okay happy happy third anniversary that's that's a crazy amount of growth in that
0:53.6	period of time and and before this you were a dental hygienist right yep so the obvious question
1:01.1	I guess is how does a dental hygienist get into you know homesteading making a YouTube channel
1:07.4	and then like building this this community I think of people who are really following along
1:11.8	with your journey well I was a consumer of a lot of YouTube I loved watching all the homesteading
1:19.1	channels and I when my husband I first got married we lived just in a small suburban lot in town
1:25.3	and I don't know how I started watching all these YouTube channels where people were growing
1:31.4	their own food and I was already into cooking I already love to cook and so it just seemed
1:35.8	like the natural next step to try to you know if I wanted to make homemade pasta to then grow
1:41.1	tomatoes to make the pasta sauce and so we moved to our last homestead and I was a dental hygienist
1:50.6	and then 2020 happened and all the craziness that went along with that and being in the healthcare
1:56.6	field and I thought I didn't document my first year gardening when we first started and so I
2:02.2	kind of regretted that I didn't have any record of it other than just some photos and so I thought
