Hey friends, I am so glad that you're here today because today's chat is a special one. Now you

know I don't really have people in the studio if I am not certain that we're going to have the

very very best of chats and this is a big one because I have brought in experts to chat with us

about a couple things. One the babies because y'all know I am a holy hot mess. Okay, every single day

trying to keep up with these kids. And on top of that, I just love talking to

fellows, strong, smart, empowering women about how they have started over many times in their

life and what we can learn from them about how to start over better. So I am in studio with

the team at meaningful living, Haley Hubbard and Jessica Diamond. Ladies, thank you so much for

being here. Thank you so much for having us. It's so fun to meet you in person. Oh my gosh,

so exciting. Thank you. Oh, it's so exciting. And also this in person things weird. We were just

talking about a little before. I mean, it has been especially with podcasting. You can kind of

cheat and zoom. Yeah, you know, it's the weirdest thing. So in person is kind of cool. And y'all,

it's just they're lovely in person just so you know, I know you're listening, but they're just

absolutely beautiful. And I'm so grateful that you guys are here. Now I wanted to cover a lot of

ground because you both know so much around parenting, around nutrition, around how to wrangle the

babies and keep our lives together. So I just want to kick off first with something that you guys
