For almost 30 years, I've been teaching people to do something that I call reading your internal

compasses. I believe we are all born with direction-finding mechanisms that are

inherent in us and will help us find our best destiny. A few years ago though I realized that a lot of people

were getting very very anxious and this is true anxiety is going nuts all
