Hey, what's going on? Alex here. Hope you're doing good. My family is just a couple yards from me at the beach,

and I'm going to join them right after I tell you this story. I climbed up on top of our van, and I'm sitting on our road shower right now,

because I want to tell you a story about how it broke, because that story will help you and me live less distracted as a Christian.

You see, living less distracted is a lot like a broken road shower.

A road shower is nice because you can prop it up on top of your vehicle, go to the beach,

go hiking, go wherever, and then rinse off on the road.

Rinse off on the go.

You don't have to wait to get home

and bringing all the dirt and sand and salt

into your car, into your home.

It saves you some time when you get home.

And I love it, it's nice,

and it was working great until I made a mistake

of filling it up at home

and also filling it up at the harbor.

The harbor has these hoses and these

faucets that you can use to rinse off your boats and you can also use them to rinse off

your feet and stuff like that. And I thought, you know, it's okay. I'll be a little lazy today.

I don't need to fill it up at home. I'll fill it up when I get there. And then we can go about

our way. But what happens is the faucets at the harbor and the faucets at my

house have different minerals. And those minerals build up, those elements mix, and they cause a

calcite or sodium buildup of some sort. And now it becomes like this concrete like substance

...
