Welcome to our daily Rosary meditation. Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Jesus tells us, actually commands us, do not worry about tomorrow.

Tomorrow will take care of itself.

Each day has enough trouble of its own.

Jesus wants us to live in the present moment,

but that's so hard because there's so much we worry about.

However, when I look back on my life, I see that all the good, all the opportunities, and

all the solutions to the problems I worried about, they actually presented themselves as free gifts

from God.

And I received these gifts from him and then responded by caring for and growing them, but I didn't

foresee them, I didn't create them and I didn't give them to myself. God and my biological parents gave me life. I didn't do it.

It was a pure gift of God providing for me. Then I was adopted by the most amazing

parents, Art Nurla. I didn't solve the problem of being an infant without

parents. God did. He provided. He picked them out and gave them to me.

Then later in life, I tried to find the right woman to marry, failed miserably over and over, and quit.

Then God sent my wife, Sandy to me, out of the blue, with no effort on my my part and she was a gift from God. I made a

complete mess out of my life and then God sent his mother married to me and I encountered her and she put me on the right track and

sent me to study theology. But then I didn't know what to do with my theology degree.

And God sent Father Vince Kriishi from the University of Kansas out of the blue.

One more gift that God provided.

I needed a comrade in arms for this mission.
