0:54.3	live? The answers were fascinating to me. Some wanted to live in the old wild west, and others wanted
1:01.2	to live in the Victorian era of England, and then some wanted to live in the roaring 20s of America.
1:07.7	And the list went on and on and on. And I thought to myself, how like all of us that is
1:12.9	to think that another time would be better than this time. As a general rule, I think that older people
1:20.7	tend to live in the past and younger people tend to live in the future. But both make this mistake.
1:26.9	We miss what God is doing right now. You can't live in the future. But both make this mistake. We miss what God is doing right now.
1:30.2	You can't live in the past and change the past, and you can't fast forward to the future.
1:35.3	You don't get to pick your time.
1:37.4	God picks your time.
1:40.1	Think of this.
1:41.0	There's some choices that you make, and then there are some choices that others make for you, and then there are the choices that God makes for you.
1:48.6	You have some control over the decisions others make, not entirely. You have lots of control over the choices you make, but you have no control over the choices God makes for you.
2:01.5	But you have to believe that the choices God makes for you are perfect,
2:04.6	and when God chooses a particular time for you to live, it's right on his time table.
