Welcome to Searchlight, a survey through Scripture with Pastor John Corson.

It is our desire to bring you a systematic study of the entire Bible, chapter by chapter, book by book.

Does it sometimes seem like serving the Lord is a chore?

Do you grow weary and well-doing?

Then you need to be filled up with the living water, the living water of the Holy Spirit.

On our last program, we began looking at a passage in John Chapter 7 where Jesus gives an invitation

to be filled with this living water. This invitation came during the

Feast of Tabernacles, where the priests would take water from the pool of Salome and bring it back

to the temple. This was done in commemoration of the miraculous provision of the water that God gave

Israel in the wilderness, but it was also in anticipation of the Messiah.

Let's now join Pastor John and see what this means to us.
