A few weeks ago

My kids come running into the house and they say daddy

There's a bird and it hit the window and it died come look

So I follow him out there my daughter's holding this little bird in her hand

And she said daddy, what is it? I said it's a dove and she said we should bury it

And my son Lincoln said we should eat it

Got admitted. It was a pretty good idea. It's dove season in Texas and I said

Yeah, buddy, we should we should I'll take the breastmeat out and we'll fill it

We'll season it and we could each take a little bite

I think that's the best way to honor this little dove's life

So we we go over to the driveway and I take this little bird and I said guys look put your fingers right here
