| 1:29.5 | Atlanta and we walked through our front door, we knew that we needed a vacation from our vacation. |
| 1:36.3 | We were tight. It was not restful one little bit. I don't know if you've ever had those moments, |
| 1:42.1 | but isn't that so often how we view rest? |
| 1:45.2 | Do we see it as a temporary break? Like a moment or just a pause when life finally lets up. |
| 1:52.2 | But in the scripture, the Bible tells us that rest is not momentary. In fact, rest is a lifestyle. |
| 1:59.9 | I want to read from Hebrews chapter 4 verses 9 to 11 real quick. |
| 2:05.9 | It says this, there remains then a Sabbath rest for the people of God. |
