at the wedding rehearsal he said to the, I'll make a deal with you.

If during the vows, you'll leave out all that love, honor, and obey stuff, I'll give you $100.

He slipped a $100 bill into the minister's hand, walked away with a smile.

The next day during the ceremony, the minister said to the man,

do you promise to bow down before your wife, to bring her breakfast in bed, to fulfill her

every desire? The man gulped in astonishment, said in a weak voice, I do. He then whispered

in the minister's ear, I thought we had a deal. The minister

handed his money back and said, your wife made me a much better offer. Hold your Bible up.

Say it like you mean it. This is my Bible. I am what it says I am. I have what it says I have.

I can do what it says I can do. Today I will be

taught the word of God. I boldly confess, my mind is alert, my heart is receptive. I will never be

the same. In Jesus' name. God bless you. I want to talk to you today about living favor-minded. God told Abraham, Genesis 12, 2,

I will bless you with an abundant increase of favors. Not one or just two. He said, I'm going to do

favors for you in abundance. You and I are the seed of Abraham.

What if we could really believe this, that the creator of the universe wants to do favors for you?

Most of the time, we think, oh, Joel, God's got bigger things to deal with than me. He's not interested in that. No, you are God's biggest deal.
