and you are in a place right now of needing to make a decision.

And you either start to make one and then other people don't agree, so you back down.

Or you're so afraid of doing the wrong thing that you just keep doing nothing at all,

waiting for somebody else to come along and tell you what you should do.

God wants you to be your own person.

You said, well, I'm waiting for God to tell me what to do.

Well, we're going to get around to that.

And then Bill Gates, it's fine to celebrate success, but it's much more important to heed the lessons of failure. I love that.

You know how you learn how to hear from God by experience? You know how you learn how to be

led by the Spirit? You step out and find out. Oops, that wasn't God.

Not going to do that again.
