often about the physiological implications of stress, some of which are insomnia, weight gain,

increased blood pressure, decreased metabolism, headaches, low energy, adrenal fatigue,

lowered immunities, and the list goes on. Stress really is the cause

of many, many ailments in our health. And yet we live in this high-octane culture that seems

only to be getting more stressful by the day. So is it possible for joy and peace to actually

mark our days? Is it possible to approach life in such a way that we're no longer negatively

impacted by stress? My guest today says it's a resounding yes to that question. And we have such an
