Thanks for coming in. First off, I just want to say, anybody, we're going to get a, we're going to get to a lot of the questions.

and I'll be able to pull them up and kind of and kind of take it from

there because I do want because I'm not a legal expert. These two women are and I'll forget some

things and ultimately, you know, kind of maybe even gloss over some stuff. I've got my notes here

of things that I want to talk about.

So we're going to discuss, obviously, the hearing that took place last Thursday on April 30th between, you know, for the, you know, the funny thing was going into this hearing, I was confused on what we were discussing.

I knew custody would be talked about, but I didn't know going into this.

Are these two getting put up on the stand?

Is this, so it was basically just two lawyers going back and forth with evidence that was already presented to the judge and just pleading their cases.

I'll start with you, Sam.

Is that what you expected out of this, or did you think someone was taking the stand and

there was going to be cross here?

You know, courtrooms handle it different. As far as an actual restraining order, I was expecting there to be some testimony.

And I think that's the best way to really gauge the credibility of any witness. With that being said, a lot of times for either time purposes or because there's

briefing, the court may change the form of how things go. So it's not uncommon for the court to hear

argument from both counsel in lieu of testimony, but in such a important matter like mutual

domestic violence restraining orders, I would have hoped to be able to see some more of the testimony
