Today, allow me to begin with a question.

Have you ever found yourself stuck in life's circumstances?

Maybe you felt afraid, unable to find a way out?

You may have even felt helpless and hopeless.

Well, sadly, for many women and girls, the feeling of hopelessness is a constant reality

as they face incredibly difficult, desperate situations needing help.

The situation is sex trafficking.

And yes, it's happening right here in the United States.

I had the opportunity to meet with several women who have been trapped in this horrible lifestyle.

Their stories touch my heart so deeply.

And I want to share with you not only what they have survived,

but the strength and determination they have as they discover their worth in Christ.

And you can discover that as well on this journey.

Although this does begin in a very dark place.

Getting into prostitution opened up a whole nother realm of darkness that I definitely did not expect nor was prepared for.

I was 16 years old and I will have to go to the visits with this man.

My mom and my grandmother used to get money from it.

I became homeless and I had gotten addicted to methamphetamines and absolutely my body for drugs.

I've never felt hopelessness like that before.

And when you're that far deep, you need somebody to help you get out of it.
