So today we're going to continue in shawlah

in our lecture on the lives of the Sahaba and today we're going to do two Sahabi who are commonly confused together and who have very similar names and who have somewhat similar backgrounds and stories.

And these two Sahaba are number one, Saad Ibn Muad and number two Saad I bin Urbada.

Saad Ibada Ibada and Saad Ibanaiban Abadah.

And the two of them are generally, a lot of times

they're confused between each other.

But in-sha-Lauta, after today's lecture,

everybody should be clear who is who.

So let's begin with Sa'b-uad, Sa'a bin Muad.

Sa'ibin Muad was the leader of, and both of these are Ansar, Saibimuad was the leader of the Osar and Saibin' Urbada was the leader of the Os, and Saibbada was the leader of the ose and Saada bin Urbada was the leader of the chaziraj.

That's why they're confused because they're both leaders of the oss and the chaziraj.

So Saabim Muad was the leader of the o Aus tribe. Now does anybody remember between the Aus and

the Khazraj which one was considered to be higher ranking who remembers anybody?

Between the Aus and the Khazraj which one was the higher ranking in terms of Jaheli customs?

The Aus was the higher ranking one.

So Sadib and Muad was the leader of the Aus tribe. And when Musabe and Umayr came to Medina, after the first

treaty of Akaba, Musa Abinh began preaching to the people of Medina. And Musabe been Umaye of course is a Muajir, we all know his story, then he died in Uphodin

and whatnot.
