Chris, look, I think it's fair to say we much rather be going into this game in a really rich vein of form were not

Yeager Klop described this run of fixtures ended by having our biggest rival and most

difficult game as brutal then he did it with a little bit of a right smile on his face

though tells you the attitude I think we should carry into this Yeager lives for the players going through the pain barrier the players have been

conditioned in that way and we love a bit of it as well don't we I just want

Liverpool to come out there and act a bit like a wounded animal you know their

pride will have been dented by the results over the last week and you know I want

Liverpool to go out there and just start proving people wrong because the talk's already turned in just the last seven days about they're not as good as people think they are and all that type of stuff and this Liverpool's like that should fuel the fire shouldn't it you want them to go out there and go no you know what we are and this is our opportunity this game's in Amfield this is our home we can go there we've got our fans's go and perform. Let's go and stick one on them. Let's go and top the league on our own.

I mean look there's no escaping how good man's city are stay you know we can look into and we'll talk a little bit about it in the moment but they're a brilliant side for the

brilliant players with a brilliant manager and on any given day they can turn up and

beat any team in the world but the good you know we have got a good recent track record against them

even going back before they before guadiole as well we are a good side and we've played ourselves

into the position that we are in the league on our own on our own merits so yeah regardless

of how it went in napli in the midweek and regardless of the fact that they've had a little bit more preparation time because they played the day in a couple, a day and a couple hours earlier or whatever, to relevance, what we've done and we've constructed a side that is built on that notion of, you're hurting, I'm hurting, we're all hurting, who cares, they use use that as a fire to build a team around? Yeah, and there's not going to be much in terms of surprises from what you get from Pepp. We know how they're going to do, we know what we're going to do, and it's going to be who executes it better. Like every game between them has been, they've all been really good games and, you know, luckily we've had the better of them the obviously the away game at

city and the league aside with the red card and stuff but it's going to be toe-to-to-to again it's not going to be any different than usual I don't think I do think that we're better defensively and we'll see how that plays out in terms of that change things but city are going to put 11 brilliant footballers on the pitch and we're going to have our lads on there who are really good football, playing footballers as well.

It's going to be a really good game and again, there's no result that would completely shock me. You know what I mean? All three results are certainly in play. I can't see us getting absolutely wellie like we did their place but by all means there's no but both

team have that capability of blowing teams away for sure to do that we have an hour unstoppable

half an hour and the games the game's over and put to bed and mercifully matty we've seen ourselves
