you've been involved in some pre-seasoned down the years.

Tell us from your perspective, just

how much you dread pre-season

because clearly you have your downtime.

Not much downtime these days as a player. We'll talk about

Sammy's experiences in the moment, but

for you, you must look at preseason with just sheer fear of the amount of fitness

in the sun you're going to be doing i mean yeah especially when you're as pale as me it's too

much that matter yeah it's one of them to be fair i think it's changed because i sort of just kept on

doing what i was doing even in the off season just because I sort of like doing it, keeps me going anyway.

It's not enjoyable.

Like, I think you might touch on it anyway, Sammy.

You might have even from a coaching point,

is that mental side that you might look at and go, like,

these lads are ready for this year,

or we need to do a little bit more with these.

But I think, like, you look at lads going away now,

especially when you've got, like, the Club World Cup now.
