I'm good James, thank you for having me back. Thanks for coming back. The last podcast we've done. I was kind of just starting the game,

sitting in a gym, people running behind us it

still done well nearly half a million views I've interviewed a lot of

people brother over 200 people now people come in and out my life come and go, you've always been

solid over the last two years with sport religiously, nearly every day helping each other.

Both of us battle with their own problems, their own demons, different lives, but kind are the same battles.

the podcast that we did that was my first podcast and I've been through a bit of a

journey prior to to getting beyond the camera and so about that experience that it does have so I felt a little bit uncomfortable but that first one especially where it was we were in

because you're in with kids on the running machine and everything went me. So it was a bit awkward.
