Gareth Taylor, a few days away now, how you feel looking forward to it?

Yeah, yeah. I think this is something that's probably been on the player's mind for a little while now,

as soon as the draw was made. We really wanted a home tie. I think that was all we could ask for.

You know, our supporters have been exceptional this season.

We've really used St. Helens, the majority of the time, as a bit of a fortress, and it's certainly been a key factor in us turning our form around the second half of the season. Absolutely. You mentioned sort of the difficulties we've had the season. It has been tough at times, I think, certainly in a league perspective. The FA Cup, have you sort of treated that as a bit of a welcome distraction? How much sort of emphasis have you put on progressing in this competition? Every competition we go into. I mean we really worked hard in the

league cup, got to the quarter final. We go into every competition trying to go as far as we

possibly can, trying to win it. As soon as we've been in this competition I've said to the players,

you'll be really surprised that how quickly you can progress before you know it in a quarterfinal, before you know it in a semi-final, and the opportunity to get to Wembley, which is a dream of most players. So, yeah, I think it's progress for the club in a sense of we're in a semi-final also last season. We just want to make that next step now.

Absolutely, yeah. And we obviously spoke down at Charlton after the later of Eric's from Zara Shore.

When you finally got back into a change room, what was the mood like amongst the girls?

It must have been party time in there. Yeah, brilliant and a great story for Zara because someone who's

worked so hard. She's a fantastic girl to work with, like, really, really coachable,

really mature for her age.

And, yeah, I think the feeling of the group was just one of joy

because they were so happy that she got that moment.

Absolutely. Two draws are biting so far this season in the league.

In terms of your preparation for this,

when you're treating it any differently than you would otherwise? Or is it just all focused in terms of like how to deal with them and maybe how you can get some joy? Yeah, of course. We always treat every opponent like that. You know, where are their strengths, where are their potential weaknesses that we can exploit? That will be no different. The games have been tight, like you said. We had the game in the bag at home and conceding in overtime to go 1-1 and away we could have nicked it really

late. So they were finally balanced those games, you know, two teams that like to have the ball.

Yeah, they're probably a little bit ahead of us in a sense of,

certainly in their position in the table, but also in their evolution of working with Dario.

He's had good time there with the group to get them to where they are now.
