Hello, it's a weekend and it's slightly different weekend of this week because we're going to focus on a couple of different things.

Part 1 and 4 are going to be on Liverpool women, looking back to last season and

also looking ahead to hopefully a successful season next year and how we think we can achieve

that, but also in between, or is sandwiched in between all that

Neill Atkinson has spoken to fans of both teams who are in the

Championship playoff final this weekend and obviously hoping to come up to the

Premier League next season so lots of loss to come but in the Premier League next season. So lots of loss to come.

But in the meantime, I'm joined by Philippa Smaller

with by Emma Sanders and by Leon Prescott.

And as I said, we can look back to last season's

LFC women's ultimately unsuccessful

season and talk about sort of why that was.

And so I'll start with you, Philippa,

I'll ask everyone sort of individually,

I guess what they went wrong what they think

went wrong last season because we do have to say that Philippa don't we we were

expected much more from the team than we got so so why do you think that didn't

happen? I mean there's a

culmination of things isn't there I think the way it all happened I think it's very very difficult to galvanise a squad when they feel so hard

done by the decision to actually relegate them in the first place But then I think it takes a bit of time I think to actually get used to the sort of football that's played in the championship and that's no disrespect to the teams in the championship.
