Now for Liverpool, this has been a week in which they've navigated a Darby at Goodison

that could have felt very weird, but ended up being lots of fun.

And hopefully we've got another such game on the horizon this weekend

as Stephen Gerard's Aston Villa,

I say that again, Stephen Gerard's Aston Villa comes to Anfield.

Matt, it's going to be a weird game for a lot of reasons. There's going to be lots of emotion,

a rants of fan base, but is this something where the

players themselves are going to be able to detach themselves from all of our hoopla so to say.

Yeah I think so.

There's gonna be a lot of talk around it isn't it?

But fundamentally it's a game that Liverpool have to win.

I think you can say that against pretty much every single team outside of Chelsea and Manchester City.

Liverpool have to go into it thinking anything less than three points is is not good enough for

them so I think it's it's very much a game that I'm sure when we

hear from Yogan Clop later in the week he will pretty much say well it's

just a game that's what he said about Everton that's what he said about
