Hello everyone and welcome to the latest edition of the Liverpool.

I'm your host once again Mo Stewart and I'm joined this week by James Martin and I'm

very pleased to say Andrew Beasley. Andrew finally made the

on the show together. I'm so pleased. Yeah I don't know why it's taken so

long to be honest I should have been in on months ago surely. I mean if it was up

to me definitely you would have but to be honest you picked a great one to go on because

it's a difficult time to really talk and assess Liverpool at the moment I mean we've been so consistently

inconsistent it's hard to really find any

trends that run through the roller coaster but I have managed to spot one little thing that's

kind of peak my interest and I'm sure the rest of you probably haven't

felt to have noticed it as well. The bigger the game the better the team the better

Liverpool seems to be playing at the moment. I mean the results kind of again how have we turned into this team that only

plays well against the big teams and doesn't seem to be able to be up for it at any other time.

Yeah it's strange, isn't it?

It doesn't feel like a Liverpool sort of thing.

Certainly from the last few seasons, they've been very good at beating the lesser teams

in the Premier League and they seem to have obviously lost that losing against leads and

nuts forest in the last couple of weeks is sort of evidence of that.

I mean in terms of it I think there's not too many issues going forward I think they're still creating chances in those games

but they're just so open at the back they're just so easy to to cut through and teams of any standard are showing that they're able to do that.

And I think, you know, in a game like Manchester City, we saw Liverpool play fairly defensively
