Good morning and welcome to the Independent Republic of Mike Graham right here at Talk Radio.

We're at the start of a brand new week and it is a bit of a somber morning as we take stock of the news that's been happening over the course of the weekend.

The Queen wasn't able to make the Remembrance Sunday commemorations at the Senate's half after all.

And there appears to have been a lucky escape for the people of Liverpool after a taxi driver

thwarted a suicide bomber who apparently wanted to detonate his deadly weapon in the midst of

gathering crowds. It could have been the scene of absolute carnage, but luckily it didn't quite work out

that way, and instead, thanks to the quick thinking of the cab driver, the chief suspect is dead.

We'll be talking about that all morning, plus the

aftermath of the ludicrous COT-26, which, as predicted, appears to have been a colossal

waste of time, money, and ironically, energy. Of course, Boris Johnson is hailing it as some kind

of breakthrough from the beginning of the end of coal, but China and India might beg to differ.
