territory in a state that is tearing down the gates to make sure that we are prepared for the hurricane.

Well, this is the boosiest refugee experience I've ever been a part of.

I do want to let folks know the Bay Center in Pensacola.

For those who are unable to have the beachside cottage escape from the hurricane.

If you don't have any money and you need to evacuate,

y'all come to Pensacola.

In Florida one, we've got the Pensacola Bay Center open.

We've got cots, we've got all the essentials people need.

You'll be totally safe.

And we just want to make sure that resources aren't a reason people stay in a dangerous

situation.

But I mean, we're watching something kind of crazy here.

We're seeing people in North Carolina and in Appalachia still

frustrated that the relief isn't coming when private citizens go there to

provide water, diapers, the essentials for people,

they're often encountering a lot of resistance from FEMA.

You've seen people deployed and then not really given orders as to what to do.

You've seen even FEMA officials mobilized without clear direction as to where they can help people.

That's what's playing out right now in North Carolina
