Vodka, baby.

Vodka baby. Definitely my morning vodka. I am, we are drinking coffee black and you drink your coffee black because I felt back because I didn't have any milk or almond milk or nothing. I cut out milk and sugar in my coffee and I lost like five pounds. It's just extra bullshit you don't need. Yeah, I was doing, I was drinking my coffee black. I got used to it. I still like a little, a little bit of something in there, but I just ran out. But when I was trying intermittent fasting, which didn't work for me because of the late night drinking, you know, so I was like, why I'm not even really doing this right. I'm just fucking doing sort of it and then drinking all my calories like, you know, after hours like that I'm supposed to do to. So that's when you, like, don't eat breakfast and you get a rush. Yeah, you like, don't eat till 2, and you, like, cut yourself off at, like, 8 p.m.

Yeah, that's horrible. Yeah. Um, yeah, it was, it was kind of worth, like, I mean, it was kind of weird. Now I just don't eat till two or whatever anyways, because I just forget to eat and I drink coffee.
