It has been a while since we last talked to each other or hung out with one another

and I have to tell you it's great to be back.

I don't like taking time off and I'm still obviously refining on refining the show on how best to do it and how best to engage with you all but you know I know I

know I we took Black Friday because we thought you know hey, hey, it's going to be five o'clock.

People are going to be busy in a post- Thanksgiving hangover or just trying to relax with their family

or maybe they're out shopping I don't know maybe we just

thought maybe people wouldn't be around for the 5 p.m. time slot I think moving forward we're

going to do our best to do the show I almost every day, I mean barring major, major holidays because I just don't like taking time off, but I like spending time with you all on this show and trying to get the truth out about what's actually

happening in this country. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I know

that in Fort Parnell we definitely did and I just want to give props to commander

Melanie she was she was absolutely amazing during Thanksgiving she worked so hard for,

I feel like what was two weeks leading up to it

and then with more intensity,

the week leading up to Thanksgiving,

and then the two days out it was she was just

she's worked so hard you know and I had cooked for plan prepared cooked for 20 plus people, the family, and you know, I just wanted to say she's a superhero to me.

You know, went off without a hitch, mission accomplished.

I think everybody would agree that we had a fantastic Thanksgiving here with family and in large part because of her.
