read through all the permutations from the final day of the Premier League. Spurs survived the

Premier League. They avoid relegation. Unfortunately, for West Ham fans, West Ham's 3-0 victory over

Leeds wasn't enough to stay in the Premier

League this time. There'll be a Rondo a little bit later on, and we're going to have a broader

conversation towards the second half of the podcast. What do we think about the season generally?

There's lots of, we're going to have a little debate about that because there's lots of different

takes on that one, and what will be different next season.

Plus, we will discuss the details of the lunch that I now owe John

as a result of my two lunch wages coming to a sad, sad end today.

in the end, no European football at all, as it stands 14 losses in Chelsea's season.

So that will have, I sat with Seb Stafferblor to watch the games towards the end of the,

sorry, today, and he made the point that that will have some impact on their finances, I think, in the summer.

They lost 2-1 to Sunderland today.

Sundland, incidentally, who finished seventh, which is quite incredible.
