It's 75 years today since the NHS was founded, but it has never been in such crisis, with question marks over its very survival. So how bad are things - and where are things heading?
We're joined by Dr Andrew Meyerson, an A&E doctor from the US with experience of working on both sides of the Atlantic, and Jamie Hale, CEO of the Pathfinders Neuromuscular Alliance.
