| 0:00.0 | Hey everybody, we're out of malware here and today we are discussing of course Tesla's |
| 0:10.7 | Q1 production and delivery report. |
| 0:13.6 | Tesla has just released it today, pretty in line with the last couple of quarters in |
| 0:16.8 | terms of the timing, even though the market is closed today. |
| 0:19.7 | Unfortunately because Tesla has delivered a huge, huge beat, as you can see on the screen |
| 0:24.4 | right now, production, 180,338 vehicles, all Model 3 and Model Y, and then deliveries |
| 0:32.0 | 182,780 Model 3 and Model Y, adding a couple thousand Model S and X from last quarter, |
| 0:38.9 | and we get a total delivery number of 184,800 vehicles. |
| 0:43.9 | This is ahead of fact, second census of 172,230 or something like that, so definitely a significant |
| 0:50.3 | beat on the delivery numbers. |
| 0:52.8 | So obviously this is way, way higher than my forecast, you know, I always love to miss |
| 0:55.7 | to the upside, which is very, very exciting, and delivery is there about 10,000 higher |
| 0:59.8 | than my forecast. |

| 1:06.1 | some of the implications here. |
| 1:07.7 | All right, so again, just to fill in with you guys with how this was working, so I just |
| 1:12.6 | have the total production numbers here, broken out by quarter, and then weekly, and then |
| 1:19.0 | daily. |
| 1:20.0 | So if we look at the final production number here, we're at 180,338, this is higher than |
| 1:24.9 | my forecast of about 171,000, so beat there about 9,000 vehicles. |
| 1:29.7 | This means that over the 12.9 weeks in this quarter, Tesla delivered 14,000 vehicles |
| 1:35.8 | each week, and they actually, for the first time in company history, exceeded 2,000 vehicles |
