Let's talk about the meeting so obviously nothing too groundbreaking you know

I'll probably need to scroll through my notes here but just like off the off the

top of my head I don't think we got like a whole lot of new information I'm

just gonna kind of go to the top of the list here and we'll see if anything

kind of sticks out if this is your first shareholder meeting that's the opening

there is pretty normal it was kind of interesting that it sounds like three

different proposed items went against Tesla's board recommendation and it

sounds like that was just a matter of not enough shareholders voting it sounded

like most shareholders that did vote did go with the board recommendation but not

enough shareholders voted for that to work out so just a reminder for next

year definitely make sure to vote your shares yeah so you want again talking

about the chip shortage continues to be a problem in the industry it's not

just being you know it's not just to some extent it might be an excuse for

other automakers but at the same time it's it's also not just made up so we've

talked plenty about that model why best selling vehicle by revenue next year is

what Elon said and then by unit in 2023 so he's reiterating that but

obviously that's dependent on Berlin and Austin which Elon said it takes

about a year for a factory to get up to volume production that's what we saw

in Shanghai so as we're thinking about Berlin and Austin next year we can you

know based on what you once had here we can use Shanghai as probably a good

proxy for how those ramps are gonna go cyber truck that's not in this part of
