Unfortunately, Nick, I was very close to nailing the score prediction. That's one of those that you don't feel good about getting right in life. I think I said 30 to 13. Or it said 30 to 13 or 33 to 13. It was 30 to 12. It's had a good feel for how this one was going to end, unfortunately, for the Giants. But having said that, I got to say, Nick. Yes, the final score was that. but I feel like the Giants competed somewhat in this game for a little longer than I expected when you consider just how limited they were.

And I don't know what the expectation could be when you're facing a San Francisco 49ers

defensive line with Fred Warner, with Dre Greenlaw, who we both talked about and the safety,

Hufunga, who, you know, all play a role as well on the run defense.

I don't think running the ball would have worked with Shane Lemieux and John Michael Smith

making a second career start and Marcus McKeitha making a second career start and Azudu playing left tackle and Evan Neal, whatever's going on with him right now. Like there were no real options in my mind for this game. So when you consider how hamstrung the Giants were by the offensive line tonight, and this wasn't like the typical complaints you get from Giants fans at offense line. No, this was real.

Like Shane Lemieux was starting in a game. And I know that was a coach's decision to start him over Mark Lewinsky, whatever. But like Shane Lemieux is your starter. And Marcus McKeithen, who yes, he had a good game, it's the Cardinals, but it was the Cardinals. They had like, they were down to practice squatters by the end of the game on the defensive line. and they had no one in there.

And then you got a center who's a rookie playing his second start.
