not knowing your neighbors and not knowing how to change that. What does it like to be the first

one to get out and say like, hey, actually, there's no bears here and it's pretty nice. Wow,

try these berries. Who knew? And somebody else comes out of the cave and is like, I can make

jam out of those berries. And they're like, whoa, I thought I had to pay $19 plus shipping, plus

handling, plus a membership fee, plus a licensing fee in order to get jam. Ben is questions like,

what are the actual mechanics of building community? How do you approach someone without making it weird? How do you get other

people excited to chip in so you don't burn out? On Tuesday, I'll be surprising Ben with a proxy
